UK-born developer brings world-class design and luxury living to Dubai’s emerging waterfront destination
Dubai, UAE – Hayaat Developments, the bespoke luxury real estate arm of UAE-based Hayaat Group, has officially launched its flagship project, Isolana Residences, on the vibrant and rapidly evolving Dubai Islands. Valued at AED135 million, the project marks a significant milestone in the group’s growing international development portfolio and reinforces its commitment to redefining premium living in the UAE.
Strategically positioned on one of the most desirable corner plots of Dubai Islands, Isolana Residences spans approximately 100,000 square feet of gross floor area and features 71 exclusive units. The meticulously designed mix includes 39 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom apartments, and 4 signature penthouses, each offering expansive layouts and sweeping views.
Designed by acclaimed architect Tony Ashai of Ashai Design – known for landmark projects such as the JW Marriott Marquis on Marjan Island and Reem Hills in Abu Dhabi – Isolana is set apart by its distinctive ‘dancing balconies’. Ashai explained, “We envisioned Isolana to reflect the resort-like spirit of the islands, where the overlapping balconies bring a rhythmic elegance to the structure. This design is singular – it won’t be replicated on the island, making Isolana a visual and architectural icon.”
Beyond its stunning façade, Isolana features a thoughtfully planned indoor courtyard and an array of resort-inspired amenities, including a 55-meter infinity pool, zen garden, resident club lounge, padel court, and children’s indoor and outdoor play areas. Select units will also offer private plunge pools, appealing to both end-users and discerning investors.
