In a groundbreaking collaboration that blends the worlds of elite sport and luxury real estate, Chelsea Football Club has officially partnered with DAMAC Properties, one of the most prominent real estate developers in the Middle East. The partnership names DAMAC as the Official Property Development Partner of Chelsea FC, marking a significant milestone in both brands' global expansion strategies.
As the centerpiece of this alliance, Chelsea Residences by DAMAC will soon rise in Maritime City, Dubai’s premier new beachfront destination. This ultra-modern development will become the first-ever football-themed branded residence by a Premier League club, seamlessly integrating Chelsea’s heritage and identity into a high-end living experience.
The project will feature over 1,400 sea-facing residential units, designed with Chelsea’s ethos of high performance, innovation, and excellence in mind.
